Airport & Train Station Pick Ups:
a) Domestic Flight: Driver will meet you at the baggage carousel with your name sign.
b) International Flight: Driver will meet you outside on the gate with your name sign.
c) Train Station: Driver will meet you outside on the second curb.
Please call dispatch if you cannot find your diver to avoid No Show.
Billing:
Method of Payment: All reservation confirmation requires valid mode of payments (all major credit cards, debit cards, vouchers or authorized direct billing).
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Direct Billing: We work with corporate accounts and accept direct billings. Please call 703.888.2945 or email ravi@enviroride.net to set up direct billing.
Gratuity, Taxes & Fuel Surcharge: 20% Gratuity, 8% fuel surcharge & 6% tax will be automatically added to the total amount (base price, wait time, fuel surcharge, tolls etc). Additional fees may apply.
Tolls & Parking: All tolls and parking charges will be billed to the invoice as incurred.
Waiting Time:
a) 45 minutes of free waiting time will be given to all domestic flight after the flight lands.
b) 60 minutes of free waiting time will be given to all domestic flight after the flight lands.
c) 15 minutes of free waiting time will be given to all other reservations.
* Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments of 15 minutes at the vehicle hourly rate.
Stop on route & off route: Charge of $15 will be charged for every 10 minutes stop on the route. All stops off the route will be charged at as point-to-point transfer
Cancellation & No Show:
a) All sedan reservation may be cancelled 2 hours before the pick up time to avoid full charge. Processing fee of $20 will be charged for cancellation for Sedan & SUV reservations.
b) All Stretch Limousine, Mini Vans, Buses reservations can be cancelled 48 hours before the pick up time or 3 hour minimum plus gratuity will be charged as per the vehicle rate. Processing fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellation for Stretch Limousine, Mini Bus & Buses reservations.
c) All no show reservations will be charged full base rate plus gratuity, taxes, fuel surcharge, tolls and wait time.
d) Please call dispatch at 202.415.0823 or 703.888.2945 if you do not find your driver to avoid No Show fee.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
All deposits are NON refundable.
Company is not liable for damages in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
Smoking, alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited.
Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Not responsible for articles left or lost in the limousine.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
