  • Cherry Blossom Plant a tree program in Washington DC
    “A new tree is an investment that can last a lifetime”. Since 2002, the National Cherry Blossom Festival has been committed to further enhancing the natural beauty of Washington, DC by planting new cherry trees in neighborhoods across the city. In the past 9 years, the Festival has successfully planted more than 300 trees in the District.

Carbon Offset points: EnviroRide works with carbon neutral companies which fight against global warming and help reduce or offset their climate impact and hasten the transition to a clean energy future. EnviroRide buys carbon off sets points equivalent to number of cars used and miles traveled by each car every year from these companies, which in turn invest in following green projects.

• Renewable Energy & Methane projects - Renewable energy offsets support projects that help to reduce the amount of energy we need to produce from fossil fuel sources like coal and oil.
• Energy Efficiency & Carbon Credits - The cleanest unit of energy is the unit you never use. Energy efficiency is the cheapest and fastest way to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels and save money.
• Reforestation & Avoided Deforestation - Forest-based projects actually reduce the amount of carbon that’s in the atmosphere. These projects sequester carbon dioxide emissions from the atmosphere and have many co-benefits for the community and local wildlife.
• This project neutralizes the carbon released into the atmosphere by each of EnviroRide’s car. This not only makes our vehicles low emission but ZERO EMMISSION VEHICLES or CARBON NEUTRAL CARS.
• Encourage and help local transportation operators to use Eco-friendly cars with the help of Marriott International and create more green jobs.
