We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff is always available to help you make arrangements and provide special attention to all details. EnviroRide sold approximately 1000 vouchers on Groupon in the month of Sept in just two days. We have almost serviced or redeemed 800 vouchers. We have received great feedbacks from our Clients and staff about the deal and most of our client would like to see this offer more in future. EnviroRide’s management has decided to launch this deal for all our customers again on our website www.enviroride.net. All our customers can buy the prepaid voucher or make prepaid reservation on our website. We are committed to a care-free experience while in our service and we stand ready to provide you state-of-the-art transportation for your future needs.
PPD membership program
Fine Prints:
a) All reservation must be made online, www.enviroride.net. Use Promo code PPD while making reservation.
b) Credit card required at booking.
c) Valid for one year from date of purchase.
d) Gratuity not included (15% to 20%)
e) Voucher entitles you for 4 door sedan for maximum of three people. Call for upgrades to SUV or other vehicles.
f) Reservation required; subject to availability.
g) Present the voucher to the driver OR full price will be charged.
Airport & Train Station Pick Ups:
• Reagan Airport: Driver will meet you outside on second curb with your name sign.
• Dulles Airport: Driver will meet you outside on arrival level.
• BWI Airport: Driver will meet you outside on second curb.
• Train Station: Driver will meet you outside on the second curb with your name sign
Note: All baggage claim pick up will be charged $10
No Show and Cancellation
• 48-hour cancellation notice or full fee will be charged.
• Your voucher or PPD ride will be redeemed incase of no show
• Call dispatch (202) 415 0823 or (703) 888 2945 if you do not see your driver to avoid no show redemption

EnviroRide is not responsible for wrong flight information and contact
number. Incase of wrong flight & wrong contact information, we
cannot send the car for the pick up and your voucher or PPD will be
redeemed.
Waiting Time:
• 30 minutes of free waiting time will be given to all domestic flight after the flight lands.
• 45 mins of free waiting time will be given to all international flight after the flight lands.
• 15 minutes of free waiting time will be given to all other reservations.
• * Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments of 15 minutes at the vehicle hourly rate.
Stop on route & off route:
•
Charge of $15 will be charged for every 10 minutes stop on the route.
All stops off the route will be charged at as point-to-point transfer |
